Ronald Reagan.....a wise man

"Limited Government"

This quote is from Ronald Reagan's farewell address in 1989. Do we really want the government so involved in our lives...making decisions for us....because they know what's best for us? Pay attention because that is exactly what is happening. (Sorry to be a "downer" today...... just sharing my concern for our country and our children/grandchildren's future)

  1. This message isn't a downer. This is a simple truth that every one of us should be in agreement about - no matter what our political views are. And we should not miss an opportunity to remind each other - so from where I sit, you're doing what any good American should do. Keep it up.

  2. Thanks, Beth! Sometimes I worry a bit about putting political opinions on my blog but some things...like you said, regardless of party lines.....are effecting the future of this great nation and we can't just sit by and let it happen!!

  3. Hi Teresa,
I just found your blog....but have loved your art for quite some time now. I remember that you used to wake up really early to paint. Do you still do that? I tried that for a while this summer but it was hard. Are you a morning person? Just wondering if it was/is hard for you to get up. Anyhow, I'm glad your blogging and I just bookmarked it :)

  5. Deborah, I will have to check out your blog. Thanks for posting my Etsy on your blog. Blessings to you as well, Teresa

Jenni, Yes, I am a morning person and love getting work done when it is quiet before the kids wake up for school. Seems the rest of the day is so hectic. We all have to find what works for us and that has always served me well over the years. Thanks for bookmarking my blog! Blessings, Teresa
